Nick Zisti, owner of the Alexandria Food Centre was fined $5000 for putting up the Australian flag and decking out the front of his shop as a beach to celebrate Australia Day.

Edward and Christine fought to have the $5000 fine against Nick Zisti waived in a commonsense move.
